- I use Yantras to Evoke Everday Mindfulness
Drawing & Coloring is a form of meditation that uses coloring as a method for inner peace.
My favorite book right now is “Nine Designs for Inner Peace” by Sarah Tomlinson
- Journaling – have been since I can remember. Give it a try.
- Yoga blocks – LOVE them. Here’s a great resource:
- Yoga straps – LOVE them. There are zillion’s of ways to use them. Good example:
