People ask what’s in my toolbox. I use yoga & writing daily to manifest a healthy, balanced life.

A couple of my favorite tools:

  1. I use Yantras to Evoke Everday Mindfulness

Drawing & Coloring is a form of meditation that uses coloring as a method for inner peace.

My favorite book right now is “Nine Designs for Inner Peace” by Sarah Tomlinson

  1. Journaling – have been since I can remember. Give it a try.
